Letters from the sky by Zaynab Khan

It has been a couple of months since the start of the aggression between the Israeli Offense Forces and Hamas in Gaza, a tiny strip of land in Palestine.
Through a series of text messages to the reader, Samah, a young Palestinian girl, conveys the urgency of the situation which is getting worse as the days go by. The IOF drops leaflets into Gaza, commanding Gazans to evacuate, but nowhere is safe.
Samah, like thousands of Gazans, displays tremendous courage and defiance in the face of hardship. ‘Letters from the Sky’ could be her final message to the world as time is running out for her and the people of the Gaza Strip.
