If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Islamic Toys / Electronic Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if your order is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct item within 14 days of delivery. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund you for the item including delivery costs.

Refunds for Bank Deposit Payments

For refunds paid via bank deposit, we will require your banking details in order to process the refund. If you prefer not to share banking details, we can reimburse you with a Baitul Hikmah gift voucher instead.

Repairs and Fault Warranty – Islamic Toys / Electronic Items (30 Days)

Islamic toys and other electronic items sold by Baitul Hikmah are covered by a 30-day fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us to request a repair.

Please note: this warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to returns for change of mind. We will do our best to repair the item; however, if we are unable to repair it, we may not be able to replace it or issue a refund.
